MY Approach

I live in the breathtaking San Juan Mountains of Colorado working as a clinical therapist dedicated to guiding individuals through the maze of PTSD / anxiety, grief and loss, traumatic experiences and towards a journey of self-love.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in mindfulness practices with a focus on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. I am an EMDR trained counselor with a trauma-informed practice. I provide a supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges and discover the tools needed to navigate life's complexities with grace and resilience.

Whether it's learning to heal overwhelming emotions, cope with stressors, or foster a deeper sense of self-compassion, my goal is to empower individuals to create positive change in their lives. Through compassionate listening and collaborative exploration, I aim to create a therapeutic alliance built on trust, respect, and authenticity.
